Villa Efessu is a stunning and spacious sea front property located in Alsancak. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and sleeps 8. On the shore of the Mediterranean Sea, the villa has an 11 metre overflow private pool and is surrounded by terraces and a mature garden with fruit trees, olive trees and a large variety of Cypriot plants. The many different areas around the villa to sit ensures that those who want continual sunshine along with those who prefer shade can relax throughout the day. There is a large covered pergola by the pool with large table, chairs and a built in BBQ. The property is enclosed by dry stone walls and has iron gates. There is plenty of parking.

Inside the villa, the large living space is double height with a domed ceiling. There is a dining area and a large seating area with stereo system, Smart TV and DVD player, an extensive film library along with a selection of games and books. The bespoke, fully equipped kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and a water cooler. There is a wet room with shower, wc and basin which can be accessed from inside the villa or direct from the pool terrace.

The 4 bedrooms all have French windows opening on to a wrap around terrace, air conditioning units and hair dryers. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with the other two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. There are two master bedrooms along with a double bedroom with a 4 poster bed and a twin room.

Villa Efessu is a stunning and unique sea front property. The property is secluded and private and is surrounded by drystone walls with a large metal gate at the entrance. The professionally maintained private pool is 11 metres long and and the garden is mature and well maintained. Around the pool are large paved areas with plenty of space for sunbeds and table and chairs and there is a covered pergola area with built in BBQ. On the sea side of the villa there is a terrace with table and chairs to seat 8 people.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a large sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a utility room, a wet room which can be entered directly from the pool terrace and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with french windows opening on to the sea side terrace.

On the first floor there is a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom with shared bathroom. There is a spacious mezzanine. The first floor bedrooms all have french windows opening onto a balcony.

All bedrooms have air conditioning units. During the summer period water is heated more than adequately by solar power.

Policies:

Pets are not permitted.

Smoking is not permitted in the villa however ashtrays are provided for outdoor use.

Due to marble floors throughout, high rainlings and an un-fenced pool we suggest that this villa may not be suitable for children under 8 years old.

An allowance of 350 units of electricity per week is given.

Minimum stay 7 nights. Maximum number of guests is 8.

Check-in from 4pm. Check-out 10am.

We cannot allow any parties or large gatherings to be held at the property.

To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of 20% of the total price. In addition there is a £400 breakages deposit. If there are no breakages, no damage and if the electricity allowance is not exceeded the breakages deposit will be refunded in full.

2023. a summer where we created yet more memories in this lovely villa. Set on the sea front it provides a unique location to spend the summer holidays. A few words about the support that is provided to ensure that we have a great stay:
1. First of all the gardener turns up every weekend. His dedication to and love for his work are self evident.
2. The pool guys make sure the pool is clean and ready for use, checking the water levels and pool system, adding treatment where necessary. Very professional with the minimum of intrusion possible.
3. And finally to the management team of Carola and Oz, what can be added here. Carola and Oz were there if needed blending professionalism, guidance, advice, support and above all friendship during our stay.
As for the facilities, the pool is one of the main draws for the four of us and we always comment on the quality of the water meaning we can spend so much time in the water. The villa interiors are like coming home and we automatically migrate to our rooms as we have done over the years.

Wow! Beautiful house that does exactly what it says on the tin!
The rooms are generously sized and well appointed, beautiful views and fresh sea breezes. The living area is spacious and extremely comfortable with plenty of distractions in the way of books, DVDs etc, although admittedly we spent most of our time on the seaward terrace. The kitchen is well equipped and very functional as well as pretty. Outside is truly amazing. The pool is a great size for a single property and there are lots of seating options plus the barbecue is beautifully done and cooks wonderfully. Gardens are very lovely and it is great to go and pick fresh fruit and herbs. The local area is very well serviced with shops and the food, especially the fresh fruit and vegetables, are fabulous.

Spent a week here in October. First impressions are very good starting with a majestic gate leading to a beautiful pool and the villa itself.
All well-appointed, comfortable and well equipped. lovely outdoor and indoor spaces and no noise to distract from soaking up the sun in the pool.
Lovely location right on the sea and with beautiful views of the mountains and not far from plenty of spots for shopping, beaches and dining.

Lovely family in the well appointed secluded and beautifully luxurious villa. Enough off the beaten track for privacy but near enough to jump in the hire car and have great local melas out. Great pool. Fab local shops. Barbecue near the pool and beautiful romantic views. Can't wait to go again.

Starry nights, stunning days!
If you enjoy star gazing with the gentle sound of the Mediterranean lapping nearby, from your own secluded, very high spec villa, this will be for you.
the location is simply perfect. The un-obstructed views of the sea and the mountains really make this the ideal setting for a fabulous holiday. You can walk straight off the terrace and onto the Mediterranean coast!
The love the owners have for this villa is obvious as they have decorated and furnished it to a very high standard and with lots of personal touches and attention to detail. It's spacious, beautifully presented and maintained and has pretty much everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cutlery, glasses, countless utensils, water cooler etc and quality kitchen equipment all in very good condition (the dishwasher was much used during our stay!). It all made for a very relaxed and carefree holiday.
The villa is large and airy with patio doors leading off the ground floor master bedroom and living areas straight onto the Mediterranean. The many windows allowed a good flow of cool air.
The outside area was superb. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace with pergola, barbecue area and garden. The pool is glorious with very few chemicals as it is filled from a well in the garden. The wrap around balcony gave great views of the sea and the mountains and provided lots of space when needed. We had lovely evenings sipping the local beer or wine, sitting on one of the terrace looking up at St Hilarion beautifully lit up at night, watching shooting stars, bats in the moonlight and the amazing starscape in a crystal clear sky.
The owners provide a house manual with lots of helpful recommendations and information. Tervatula restaurant is about ten minutes walk and has amazing mezze and hearty helpings and Kervan does great fajitas and overlooks the Med.

Gorgeous house for October sun. The property was beautiful, spacious and very well equipped. It was very tastefully furnished, clean and well maintained. The pool was lovely and the sea front view stunning. We had many happy hours at the poolside chilling with our friends and enjoying the excellent local beer and food. Driving was a dream as they drive on the same side as the UK. The locals are friendly and the surrounding restaurants and bars great. I would highly recommend a holiday here as even in October the weather was fab.

A stunning villa with fantastic sea views, well laid out, clean and well maintained, pool is fabulous.
An ideal location for families with all major bars, cafes and shops only a short drive away.

Spectacular! If Carlsberg did holiday villas this would top the list. The house is in a spectacular location with great facilities. Everything worked well. I would have loved to stay longer and look forward to visiting this villa again.

We had the most wonderful break staying at this amazing villa. The location is just right - enough off the beaten track to leave you feeling that you have this wonderful part of the headland all to yourself, balanced with the ease of walking up the road to the local amenities that you need. There are some wonderful restaurants near by and the villa is ideally located with most major interest points only 15/20 mins drive away.
The house itself has been wonderfully designed and up kept. Enough family and communal spaces to relax in balanced with huge bedrooms and breathtaking views. The views which you have straight from your bedroom out onto the sea make getting up from having your morning coffee in bed very difficult!
I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, large families or couples looking for an intimate break by the sea. We very much look forward to our next visit.
